Your Role
As part of our Model Landscape team, you will be instrumental in shaping the governance and implementation of credit risk models across the group. Your responsibilities include managing CRM-specific policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting model development and lifecycle processes, and providing expertise in asset class policies and standards related to default & forbearance.
Your Responsibilities
* Ensure group-wide governance and regulatory compliance for credit risk and AI-related models.
* Monitor coherence of Model Landscape policies in development projects.
* Manage/support the E2E model implementation process, including oversight, governance framework, requirement specifications, communication, and stakeholder management.
* Maintain and oversee the Model Inventory Tool, ensuring transparency across the model lifecycle.
* Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, ensuring consistency across the credit risk model landscape.
* Support conformity assessments for high-risk AI models according to the EU AI Act.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk management, focusing on rating processes, model implementation, and tools, with a solid understanding of relevant regulations.
* Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with SQL, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, or project management is advantageous.
