* Processing internal employee inquiries and quality-related customer feedback
* Documenting and preparing quality-related aspects from work processes, internal feedback, and customer feedback
* Inquiry-based collaboration with relevant internal interfaces
* Preparing technical information for internal distribution to support and specialist departments
* Designing, planning, and conducting training courses
(orfollow-upcourses) with Moodle
* Preparing and presenting training content, including creating and adapting training materials
* Reviewing learning progress and using practical examples to apply knowledge
#Wanted
* Good technical knowledge in the areas of web hosting, domains, and vServer
* Experience in designing and conducting technical training courses or workshops
* Ability to convey technical content in a way that is tailored to the target audience, understandable, and practical
* Experience with training or e-learning tools (e.g., Moodle)
* Patient, structured, and quality-oriented approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility
* Experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage
* Creativity and adaptability in the design and implementation of training content
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
