Hours per week: 38.5 hours
Salary indication: € 44,000 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to significantly overpay)
* 2nd level support: Written and telephone customer support
* Ticket management (in Jira): Prioritization/categorization of requests incl. tracking and efficient completion
* Identification, analysis and independent solution of technical problems
* Close cooperation with Consulting and Development to ensure our product quality
* Documentation & knowledge transfer: creation and maintenance of internal and external instructions to ensure sustainable solutions
* Completed IT training (HTL, technical college or apprenticeship)
* At least 2 years experience in a similar position
* Sound knowledge of various operating systems and IT architectures
* Familiar with ticket systems, ideally Jira
* Very good knowledge of German (C1) and English (B2)
* High service orientation, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
