Job Description
Your role
* You take ownership of all sales activities related to our calibration and maintenance contracts across your region
* You develop and execute strategic sales plans, generate leads, and actively manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
* You build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying and engaging new prospects
* You represent OMICRON at exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and user meetings, working closely with our international Sales and Operations network
* You proactively identify and qualify sales opportunities through targeted outreach and customer engagement
What makes you a great fit
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role in Europe, ideally in services or technical solutions
* Strong sales mindset with excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
* Enthusiasm for technical products and the ability to translate value into customer benefits
* Willingness to travel up to 25%
* Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
