Your Responsibilities:
* Define and implement standardized IT infrastructure solutions, focusing on servers, storage, backup, and virtualization.
* Manage IT infrastructure services.
* Analyze and document system requirements.
* Conduct assessments of new hardware and software.
* Act as a liaison between internal teams, service providers, and manufacturers, ensuring seamless capacity management.
* Provide expert guidance on IT projects such as system rollouts and complex service requests.
* Generate and maintain reports on assets, licenses, configurations, and overall infrastructure planning.
Your Profile:
* A degree or certification in IT, business informatics, or a related technical field.
* Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, including hardware/software lifecycle oversight.
* Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks, particularly in strategy, design, and continuous improvement.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, with a proactive and structured approach to work.
* Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external partners.
