Sales Manager for Metallurgical Services (f/m/*)

Then we invite you to join our team as a Sales Manager (f/m/*) in our Service & Modernization business. We assign the following tasks in our department Metallurgical Services (MS AT S):
1. Identify and acquire new service and modernization projects by understanding customer needs and aligning them with our solutions
2. Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor
3. Manage an existing customer portfolio while actively expanding our market presence through strategic new customer development
4. Design and execute a targeted sales strategy, leveraging CRM tools to drive transparency, forecasting accuracy, and continuous growth
5. Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics and customer requirements to optimize sales volume, product mix and pricing
6. Achieve ambitious sales targets in terms of volume, profitability and portfolio quality
What do I need to qualify for this job?
7. Bachelor's degree in commercial and/or technical fields (e.g. mechanics/mechatronics)
8. Experience or strong interest in the metals industry and/or after-sales service
9. Three to five years of sales experience in a B2B environment
10. Willingness to travel up to 50 % or more
11. Business-fluent English skills
12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
13. CRM experience in opportunity management and forecasting
14. Analytical skills to identify trends and business potential
15. Proven success in developing sales strategies
16. Confident contract negotiation skills
17. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities

What else do I need to know?
The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 53.241,02 (F/00) or EUR 62.243,30 (G/00).
