PROJECT SCOPE
* Design and deliver comprehensive SAP S/4HANA training across key modules (Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement ), in close collaboration with internal experts and test management
* Develop intuitive manuals, quick reference guides, and custom e-learning materials using open-source tools
* Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions across multinational environments
* Drive continuous improvement through participant feedback and provide post-training support
* Act as a change ambassador, fostering SAP adoption and promoting best practices across user groups
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
* Proven experience in multinational SAP S/4HANA training program design and rollout
* Strong ability to simplify complex topics into user-friendly documentation and learning content
* Confident trainer, skilled in engaging diverse audiences virtually and on-site
* Known for post-training support and for effectively driving change management
* Fluent in English and German, with flexibility to work part-time on-site near Salzburg and Vienna, Austria
