About the role:

As a Senior Manager, Analytical Operations Austria, you will lead, coach, and manage a team of analytical experts responsible for enabling the release of clinical material, conducting stability studies, and supporting submissions. You will also be involved in consolidating the site strategy for Analytical Operations Austria.
You need a proven track record of leading analytical teams, a solid understanding of analytical methods, techniques, instruments, GMP regulations, and guidelines. You should demonstrate the ability to solve complex analytical problems, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions, with a high level of initiative, creativity, and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate creativity and inventiveness.
2. Apply or develop advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts.
3. Independently uncover and resolve issues related to operational programs. Plan R&D programs and recommend technological applications to achieve long-term goals. Work is evaluated based on effectiveness, often requiring a long-term perspective. Virtually self-supervisory.
4. Interface with strategy and management teams.
5. Provide technical guidance and representation in external discussions and forums.
6. Lead and coordinate resources to solve complex problems, providing direction and development of solutions.
Essential Requirements:
1. Strong decision-making: Ability to make independent decisions, handle multiple activities, and ensure cGMP compliance.
2. Influence: Proactively resolve conflicts, lead cultural change, assess and negotiate resource needs.
3. Experience: Several years as a senior expert/manager with recognized expertise and strategic knowledge.
4. Communication: Excellent presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
