We are seeking a dynamic and independent Product Marketing Manager to lead all branding, communication, marketing, and training initiatives for the myplant brand. This role combines strategic leadership with a strong hands-on component—driving projects from concept to execution and actively delivering key marketing activities yourself. You will work closely with Product Management to align marketing goals with our product portfolio strategy and collaborate with INNIO’s Communication and Training teams for seamless execution. What we offer: An innovative and international working environment Flexible working time model (depending on position and role) Health We Care Program – including company sport activities Moving cost support for new employees in accordance with policy Good connections to public transport – station in direct proximity Transportation cost support in accordance with policy One of the best canteens in the area with healthy and various meals Attractive location in the heart of the Alps offering various outdoor sport and leisure possibilities Your Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for the myplant product portfolio ( https://myplant.io/en ), with focus on product-related activities, closely collaborating with the INNIO communications department Drive adoption of and adherence of myplant branding guidelines internally and externally, ensuring the strength and awareness of its product portfolio are consistently conveyed Develop content for external and internal channels, and training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers Oversee budget for the respective activities and drive marketing initiatives within Product Management Ensure myplant products are correctly represented in INNIO sales materials and product documentation Support the sales team with up-to-date product information, maintain current contract templates and pricing Your Profile: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Proven experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B technology or industrial sectors Strong project management and leadership skills Excellent communication, branding, and training development abilities Independent, proactive, and hands-on approach Experience managing budgets and working cross-functionally Fluent in German and English At INNIO, we offer a competitive salary package which is far above the requirements of the metal collective agreement in Austria.
