Key position as a Senior E&I Engineer / Instrumentation Specialist

As a Senior E&I Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring hardware reliability, accurate measurements, and optimal control system performance. * Design, implement, and maintain hardware-based E&I systems (sensors, actuators, field instrumentation)
* Installation, calibration, and testing of measurement and control devices on-site
* Support F A T (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) internationally
* Coordinate technical requirements with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams
* Collaborate with PLC/SCADA and automation teams to integrate hardware and software solutions
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize measurement and control circuits
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
* Document instrumentation layouts, wiring diagrams, and testing procedures
* Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or comparable technical background
* Strong hands-on experience in E&I / instrumentation / field hardware
* At least 5 years of experience in industrial measurement and control systems
* Knowledge of analog/digital sensors, actuators, transmitters, relays, and control loops
* Experience with industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus, Modbus)
* Ability to read and create wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and loop schematics
* Siemens certifications are a plus but not mandatory - they can be acquired internally
* Very good English communication skills (spoken & written)
