Responsibilities
* Customer Service Management: Handle orders, complaints, dunning, and daily customer requests independently.
* Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and on time in ERP/CRM systems.
* Order-to-Cash: Monitor the full order-to-cash cycle and actively manage follow‑ups.
* Customer Communication: Respond quickly, clearly, and solution‑oriented to customer inquiries.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central interface between customers, Sales, and internal teams.
* Process Improvement: Support continuous optimization of sales and service processes.
* Complaint Handling: Report complaints and delivery deviations within 24 hours.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and guidelines.
Requirements
* Education: Completion of secondary education (AHS, HAK, HBLA) or a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a similar field.
* Work Experience: Experience in a similar role in customer service, supply chain, or order processing.
* Language Skills: Fluency in German and English in daily business communication.

Salary: The gross annual full‑time salary is at least EUR 50.000. We offer overpayment in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
