We're located in Vienna's vibrant 8th District, where creativity meets technology. Revolutionize 3D printing with us As the Head of Sales, you will be a key driver of Plasmics' commercial success. You will be responsible for establishing, scaling, and leading our sales department, ensuring we meet our revenue and growth targets. You will play a hands-on role in developing strategies, building partnerships, and leading a sales team as we expand our market reach. You will work closely with the CEO, marketing, product development, and customer success teams to develop and execute a winning sales strategy. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy aligned with Plasmics' growth objectives. Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new B2B, SME, and enterprise markets across Europe and beyond. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a highperforming sales team, fostering a results-driven culture. Business Development: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and driving longterm value Sales Operations & Efficiency: Implement and optimize sales processes, CRM systems, and tools for efficiency and scalability. Lead Generation & Acquisition: Drive proactive sales efforts, including direct outreach, cold calling, and networking to generate and convert leads. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Set, monitor, and analyze sales KPIs, providing regular updates on progress and areas for improvement. Product & Market Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Plasmics' 3D printers, industry trends, and customer needs to effectively position our products. 10+ years in sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in tech or hardware. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling teams. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Tech-savvy with a passion for 3D printing (experience preferred but not required). Fluent in English (German is a plus). Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
