A leading company in the field of sports betting is currently building a central Data Science team in Vienna. For this exciting development, a dedicated individual is sought as a Data Engineer to help shape the technological foundation for data-driven decision-making.
Your responsibilities: Analysis and preparation of data from upstream systems Modeling and implementation of scalable ELT/ETL processes (batch and streaming) Acting as an interface between Data Analysts and Data Scientists Data enrichment and loading into a Big Data environment (Apache Hadoop on Cloudera) Your profile: Technical education in Computer Science (e.g. technical college, university studies, Data Science) Experience in data modeling – both with relational databases and Apache Hadoop Sound knowledge of the following technologies:
