IT System administrator and application support (m/f/d)

* Administration and support of company-wide IT applications
* Support in processing service requests, incidents & problems, and other inquiries from internal departments (mainly user and authorization management, service requests, user support of various IT applications, etc.)
* Configuration and monitoring of deployed IT applications
* Responsible for updates, patch processes, and security requirements (certificates, IIS, authentication, etc.) of the respective applications
* Implementation of upgrade projects
* Assistance with knowledge development, documentation, and transfer of new technologies to the support team
Requirements:
* Technical training with a focus on IT or professional experience in IT administration
* Confident handling of Microsoft Windows, Office programs, and Microsoft Server
* Ability to work in a team
* Independent, structured, and thorough working style
* Quick comprehension and solution-oriented approach
* Very good written and spoken German skills
* Good written and spoken English skills

The gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 44,800 (excluding overtime and benefits). Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
