University's degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
Minimum 3 years of experience if you are a HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP possibly in a matrix environment
Sounded knowledge on German Labor and Social Law
Fluent German, fluent English
