This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on creativity, allowing you to set the mission, define the roadmap, and bring initiatives to life. You will collaborate with teams worldwide to grow communities that feel personal, purposeful, and unforgettable.
You will focus on high-level planning and on-the-ground activation, guiding storytelling, fostering engagement, and crafting initiatives that turn audiences into advocates. From global strategies to local event concepts, you'll balance cultural nuance with brand consistency, ensuring every touchpoint contributes to a stronger, more connected brand experience.
Responsibilities

* Develop Strategy: Create detailed frameworks for global and local community engagement, ensuring scalability and cultural relevance.
* Guide Execution: Oversee and support the implementation of community programs, campaigns, and activations.

* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with creative, marketing, and local teams to integrate community efforts into broader brand strategies.
* Measure and Optimize: Track performance, gather insights, and refine tactics to increase engagement and loyalty.
