Job Description
About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Production Planner to develop and maintain demand-driven production plans and ensure effective capacity utilization while optimizing inventory. You will be responsible for trade-off decisions, reporting, performance measurement, and data management, as well as supporting continuous improvement projects.
How You Will Contribute
* Planning: Create and balance production plans, issue work orders, and manage capacity trade-offs. Provide input for budget and long-range capacity planning.
* Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly performance analyses, including KPIs for adherence and lead time, as well as initiate actions for improvements.
* Measurements: Monitor plan accuracy, product inventory levels, and other KPI performance and drive improvements.
* Project Cooperation: Collaborate on projects with Vienna stakeholders to improve planning processes and strategic Site projects.
* Data Maintenance: Maintain planning master data in ERP and other reporting systems.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools/systems and lead/support related projects.
What You Bring To Takeda
* Education in Supply Chain Management and/or Business Administration or Supply Chain background
* Business Acumen as well as commercial and financial understanding
* Experience in biotechnological/pharma production is beneficial
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to effectively communicate and influence at different levels of the organization
* Flexible personality enjoying work in a dynamic environment
* Solution-oriented
* Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Excel and ERP systems (JDE, SAP)
* Team and results-oriented
* Excellent German and very good English

A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 4.270,14 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary is higher and depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
