Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage a portfolio of mid-tier travel agency accounts in Austria, driving retention, growth, and profitability.
* Develop and execute account plans that leverage deep knowledge of the Austrian travel market to deliver customer success and competitive advantage.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and proactively identifying new business opportunities.
* Negotiate and renew contracts, ensuring alignment with Travelport's commercial objectives and customer needs.
* Operate as a self-starter – independently prioritizing, problem-solving, and mobilizing internal resources to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Requirements:
* Deep understanding of the Austrian travel industry, including key players, market dynamics, and distribution trends.
* Proven ability to work independently and take initiative – comfortable operating as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in account management, contract negotiation, and driving revenue growth.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
