As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.
About The Role
As the Marketing Manager of DENZA Brand, you will be responsible for building the brand from 0-1 and driving sales in the local market. This role involves marketing planning and analysis, localization, public relations management, dealer marketing supervision, and budget management, requiring strong collaboration skills.
The Key Responsibilities Will Be
1. Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with business objectives and global marketing guidelines.
2. Coordinate with the European PR and Events team to execute marketing activities such as national events, advertising, and digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
3. Maintain relationships with press, media, agencies, and social influencers to ensure visibility and reputation, and handle public relations issues promptly.
4. Supervise dealer marketing plans and executions, providing support and guidance to dealers.
5. Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and analyze event effectiveness to inform marketing strategies.
6. Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of funds and optimize ROI.
7. Represent the brand as a regional ambassador within the industry and media.
8. Ensure marketing materials and dealer websites are localized, up-to-date, and compliant with BYD policies.
9. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support company growth.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
1. University degree in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
2. Solid experience in the automotive industry or branded retail products.
3. At least 8 years in marketing management roles within the automotive sector.
4. Excellent digital skills.
5. Customer-oriented mindset.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to prioritize, work proactively, and manage time effectively.
8. Resilient and open-minded.
9. Results-oriented with a hands-on approach and motivation to achieve goals.
10. Fluent in English, German, and French; knowledge of other European languages or Mandarin is a plus.
