As Head of ERP Program Management, you will lead the global ERP rollout following template build and pilot.
In this high-impact role, you will centrally coordinate the program, ensuring standardized, efficient, and scalable deployments - while working closely with regional hubs, process owners, IT, and executive leadership. You will drive effective project delivery, and lasting organizational change, shaping our future ERP landscape.
Your Responsibilities
1. Lead the global rollout of our Microsoft D365 ERP template across our worldwide operations
2. Orchestrate deployment waves and ensure structured execution via regional service hubs
3. Establish strong program governance, KPIs, risk management, and executive reporting
4. Safeguard global process standardization while balancing local business needs
5. Drive stakeholder alignment across regions, functions, and leadership levels
6. Lead global change management to ensure adoption and sustainable value realization
7. Ensure budget control, resource alignment, and delivery quality across all rollout phases
What makes you great
8. Proven experience leading large-scale, international ERP rollout programs in complex manufacturing environments
9. Strong background in program governance, matrix organizations, and multi-country coordination
10. Experience steering distributed teams or regional delivery/service hubs
11. Solid expertise in Microsoft D365 or comparable enterprise ERP platforms
12. Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and operational value chains
13. Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
14. Executive presence with the ability to influence across cultures and organizational levels
15. Business-fluent in English and German
