This is a senior commercial leadership role with a strong focus on international revenue growth, strategic partnerships and premium market expansion.
The position carries dual responsibility:
MAYRLIFE Commercial Development
Full ownership of developing and scaling MAYRLIFE’s international B2B sales performance, with a focus on luxury travel, corporate health, medical wellness, longevity and strategic partnerships.
International Revenue Production
Drive revenue production across key international markets, particularly DACH, EMEA and selected global source markets, ensuring a consistent, sophisticated and commercially effective sales approach for MAYRLIFE.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership & Sales Strategy
* Own and drive international B2B sales performance for MAYRLIFE
* Develop and execute a high-impact annual sales strategy aligned with business objectives
* Identify new revenue opportunities and translate market potential into measurable sales activities
* Ensure strong alignment with Management, Marketing, Reservations, Medical and Operations teams
* Present sales performance, market insights, opportunities and risks to senior leadership
Travel Trade, Luxury Networks & Key Account Management
* Build, develop and manage relationships with luxury travel agencies, tour operators, consortia, high-end travel advisors, DMCs and selected key accounts
* Strengthen MAYRLIFE’s presence within premium and luxury travel networks
* Drive both account management excellence and active new business development
* Negotiate and close commercial agreements, preferred partner models and strategic cooperation frameworks
* Ensure structured and consistent follow‑up after sales appointments, trade fairs, roadshows and sales missions
* Communicate MAYRLIFE’s medical expertise, USP, product logic and positioning in a clear, compelling and commercially effective way
International Revenue Production & Market Expansion
* Drive revenue growth across defined international source markets
* Lead market entry and expansion activities in priority regions
* Identify and activate new market opportunities in luxury hospitality, health tourism, longevity and corporate health
* Represent MAYRLIFE at key international luxury travel, wellness, medical and hospitality events
* Maintain a strong personal presence in relevant networks, communities and industry platforms
* Scale MAYRLIFE’s corporate health, executive health and longevity business
* Target corporations, executive teams, HR and leadership departments, insurance partners, family offices, private banks, luxury brands, sports organisations and high‑performance institutions
* Develop tailored corporate concepts such as Executive Health Programmes, Burnout Prevention, Leadership Retreats and Longevity Stays
* Structure and close long‑term, high‑value corporate and institutional partnerships
* Represent MAYRLIFE in senior corporate environments with credibility, sophistication and commercial confidence
* Build a structured corporate pipeline with clear priorities, timelines and revenue potential
CRM, Funnel Management & Performance Reporting
* Own CRM discipline, pipeline transparency and structured lead management
* Manage lead status, offer stages, conversion rates, forecasts and revenue contribution
* Prepare regular sales reports including activities, pipeline development, closing rates and market performance
* Analyse KPIs such as partner performance, conversion, campaign results and newsletter activity
* Derive concrete actions to improve conversion, partner activation and revenue growth
* Support data‑driven decision‑making across the full commercial funnel
Job ProfileExperience
* 8–10+ years of experience in senior sales, business development or key account management roles
* Strong background in luxury hospitality, luxury travel, premium health, medical wellness, spa, resort or longevity‑related business models
* Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, market penetration, pipeline development and successful partner activation
* Strong exposure to DACH and EMEA markets; additional international market experience is a plus
* Established network across luxury travel, corporate clients, health‑related partners or strategic cooperation partners
* Experience in wellness, longevity, medical hospitality or health‑focused propositions is a strong advantage
* Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
