Overview

Job Responsibilities
* Transport, assembly and repair of furniture, pictures and equipment.
* Independent execution of small repairs as required.
* Preparation of conference and seminar rooms (e.g., seating according to guidelines).
* Emptying waste piles and paper containers and maintaining central disposal zones.
* Cleaning outdoor areas and rooftops including waste containers.
* Conducting inspections according to set schedule.
* Cleaning and maintaining pool vehicles.
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training—preferably in electrical engineering or HVAC—or several years of related experience.
* Valid forklift license.
* Strong service orientation and communication skills with various stakeholders.
* Independent, structured and reliable working style.

Salary
The gross annual salary (for a 38.5 hour week) according to the collective agreement for the vehicle industry starts at € 41.854,68. Overpayment is common practice for appropriate experience and qualifications.
