To enhance our successful IT Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, we are looking for a passionate professional to design, operate and optimize enterprise network infrastructure with a strong focus on Cisco technologies, ensuring high availability, security and performance of LAN/WAN, wireless and data‑center networks.
Your Responsibilities
* Design and operate secure network infrastructures for designated environments.
* Manage LAN, WAN, firewall, VPN, and segmentation concepts.
* Implement network segregation and access control to meet compliance requirements.
* Monitor network performance, security events, and availability.
* Support incident response and root‑cause analysis.
* Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standards.
* Collaborate closely with Security and Production IT teams.
Your Profile
* Completed education in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or similar.
* Proven experience in a similar position.
* Strong experience with enterprise networking and firewall technologies.
* Knowledge of network security, segmentation, and zero‑trust concepts.
* Experience in regulated or high‑security environments is an advantage.
* Analytical, structured, and risk‑aware mindset.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
