Accountabilities
* Conduct competitor and market research to understand customer needs and feedback.
* Define unique value propositions and create compelling narratives for product positioning.
* Develop and execute launch plans for new products to drive commercial success.
* Create sales collateral and training materials to enable effective sales efforts.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams.
* Guide customers through their lifecycle, focusing on retention and loyalty.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
* Take actions related to hazards and work-related issues, escalating as needed.
* Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Understanding of product and technical aspects.
* Experience in market research and analysis.
* Required dental product experience.
* Successfully led several product launches.
* Preferred experience in orthodontic products.
