Join us as Associate Project Manager Smart Operations and help transform manufacturing through technology, agility, and excellence – from the shop floor to the global stage.
1. Lead and support the global rollout of Smart Operations solutions to enhance Operational Excellence.
2. Coordinate with IT and operations teams to ensure site readiness and successful implementation.
3. Deliver training, streamline workflows, and validate digital tools such as MES, ERP, and BI systems.
4. Identify and support process improvements and digital initiatives along the supply chain.
5. Define requirements and manage feature requests using agile methods in close collaboration with IT partners.
6. Ensure user adoption and sustainable integration through clear communication and support.
7. Participate in pilot projects to test and roll out new technologies.
What makes you great
8. A university degree (Bachelor or Master) in IT, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science or a related technical field
9. Hands-on experience in project management, ideally with knowledge of agile methods like SCRUM
10. Strong analytical thinking and a solid understanding of process optimization
11. Confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset – you're comfortable working with people at all levels
12. Familiarity with Industry technologies such as IIoT, machine learning, and connected factory concepts
13. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with MES, ERP, and BI systems; knowledge of PLC/SCADA, MS SQL, Python, Power BI, or M365 is a plus
14. Fluency in English and German; other languages are a bonus
15. Willingness to travel internationally – up to 70%
