Thesis - Development of sensors & test systems for fuel cells of electric vehicles Master Thesis
Technologies such as photonics, additive manufacturing, and embedded AI show significant potential to improve the performance of existing automotive test and measurement solutions (such as fuel cell, battery, exhaust, and fuel consumption measurement technologies) and enable future innovative systems through novel applications.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Development of innovative concepts in combination with optical measurement technologies
* Analytical calculation / programming of readout and evaluation of sensor systems
* Realization and construction of demonstrators (prototypes)
* Testing of components / systems in the laboratory in Graz
* Evaluation of laboratory and simulation results in the field
YOUR PROFILE:
* Ongoing studies in the fields of Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Chemical and Process Engineering or similar
* Basic knowledge in sensor technology and electrical drive systems
* Good knowledge in C++, Python, MatLab or similar
* Basic knowledge in CFD and additive manufacturing advantageous
* Structured and independent way of working with willingness to learn
* Good knowledge of German and English
* For laboratory activities: Presence in Graz required
