As Manager Indirect Tax, you play a key role in evolving and operating the Centre of Excellence for Indirect Tax for the ALDI SOUTH Group
You combine international collaboration with process excellence, governance and digitalisation, ensuring tax requirements are implemented consistently, efficiently and sustainably across multiple countries
You advise on indirect tax topics in international projects, business transformations and new business models
Your responsibility includes developing the overarching Indirect Tax (VAT, GST, ...) governance, specific policies and strategic alignment across ALDI SOUTH Group
You drive digitalisation, automation, transparency and audit readiness within the Indirect Tax function, including tax technology and KPI‐based monitoring
Steering and harmonisation of Indirect Tax compliance and end‐to‐end processes in a collaborative group environment with shared and distributed responsibilities appeals to you
Acting as a strong interface to Finance, Supply Chain, Customs and GBS Operations, ensuring end‐to‐end integration of indirect tax requirements complements your field of tasks
Your profile
You have a university degree in business administration, economics, law or a comparable field
You possess several years of professional experience in Indirect Tax in an international environment (industry, consulting or shared services)
Strong knowledge of Indirect Tax principles and a solid understanding of operational end‐to‐end processes describes you
Experience with process standardisation, centralisation or shared service models is desired
You are interested in tax technology, automation and data‐driven tax operations
A structured, pragmatic and solution‐oriented mindset with a clear focus on execution applies to you
You have very good English skills
