We are a dedicated team that designs and implements innovative, digital solutions for the HR department. Together, we are shaping the future of HR processes through the use of new technologies with the aim of improving the digital employee experience.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated intern (m/f/d) with enthusiasm for IT and HR.
Tasks
* You support the development, implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools
* You support the definition of the target image and vision for the use of HR tools and the use of HR data
* You support the creation of reports and analyses in order to make well-founded decisions based on HR data
* You create and maintain documentation on existing HR processes to lay the foundations for digitalization
* You work closely with HR colleagues and other departments
* You work on the collection, cleansing and structuring of HR data to ensure better data quality
* You work on low-code development projects (e.g. with MS Power Platform and MS 365) to automate HR processes
* You support the evaluation of current HR systems and identify potential for improvement
Requirements
* You are currently enrolled at a university / university of applied sciences in areas such as business informatics, computer science, business administration with a focus on digitization or a comparable course of study
* You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
* You have a quick grasp and like to familiarize yourself with new topics
* You have initial experience with low-code development (MS Power platform)
* Basic knowledge or interest in SAP HR solutions complement your profile
* You are a team player and enjoy working together to develop solutions
* You are experienced in using MS Office applications and have advanced Excel skills
* You are characterized by strong communication skills, reliability and initiative
* You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
* You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
