Responsibilities include:

* Managing and developing our top 100 business clients using the multilevel selling approach, focusing on large accounts with distributed buying centers and complex structures across industries like finance, retail, and manufacturing.
* Strategically developing selected existing clients within your vertical, recognizing growth opportunities, and devising solutions for their daily business challenges.
* Taking the sales lead in processes, assuming revenue and results responsibility, and acting as the contact for C-level management, leveraging your network.
* Implementing activities to increase revenue and results through cross- and upselling, and conducting technical and commercial negotiations with decision-makers up to C-Level.
* Proactively monitoring market and competitor activities and integrating insights into A1's strategies and sales tactics.
* Collaborating with management to shape multilevel selling strategies and positioning A1 as the preferred business partner (Trusted Advisor).
* Managing an active winning team (ICT sales, assistants, business area hubs, technical specialists) to succeed in projects and strengthen our position with comprehensive solutions for clients.

Candidate Profile

* Several years of sales experience with enterprise customers in telecommunications/ICT and consultative selling.
* Excellent sales skills and business acumen.
* Customer and solution-oriented mindset.
* Strong network with clients, industry stakeholders, manufacturers, and suppliers.
* Knowledge of our business product portfolio and technical understanding of offered services and solutions.
* Professional demeanor and excellent communication and presentation skills in German and business-fluent English (C-Level).
* Preferred: experience managing projects/programs and familiarity with related methodologies (e.g., PMP certification Level B).

We value that your salary reflects your qualifications and experience, which can significantly exceed the collective agreement and starts at €70,000 gross per year, all-in.
