Lead Technology Operations Manager (IT Services)
Green Light Australia are looking to engage a Lead Technical Operations Manager who has strong people management skills and has technical capability to lead the team to embed changes within the company.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership and drive operational performance to ensure service excellence across the company’s managed services operations.
* Oversee the effective operation of the organisation’s technical platforms, service delivery functions, and engineering teams to consistently deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality services to customers.
* Lead and support service delivery teams to maintain high performance, engagement, and operational excellence.
* Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, systems, and automation capabilities.
* Maintain strong customer satisfaction while ensuring the profitability and efficiency of service operations.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in similar role as a Lead Technical Operations Manager or similar for IT Services or managed services companies.
* Senior leadership experience in technology service companies or managed services companies.
* Strong people Management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong experience with technical operations and service delivery.
* Proven experience with leading both technical and operational teams that include service desk and engineering/IT teams.
* Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, cloud and security platforms.
* Proven experience managing service performance, SLAs and customer outcomes.
* ITIL certification or strong experience with service management frameworks will be seen as advantageous.
* Experience with improving operational maturity within MSP environments will be seen as advantageous.
* Experience implementing automation and service optimisation initiatives will be seen as advantageous.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
