Responsibilities
* Drive the global growth strategy for the SICAM portfolio, focusing on software products after onboarding
* Achieve market share growth by maximizing customer benefits, positioning products, and highlighting USPs
* Promote the SICAM 8 Power Automation Platform through sales and business development
* Collaborate with Marketing & Promotion to develop training concepts and content for the SICAM portfolio
* Serve as an interface between customers and R&D, providing insights for product development based on customer needs
Your Profile
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (desirable)
* Strong entrepreneurial mindset, ability to motivate across teams, and initial experience in the energy supply industry (advantageous)
* Creative, reliable, with a strong interest in sales, cybersecurity, digitalization, software solutions, and communication technologies
* Willingness to travel internationally (~25%)
* Basic German skills, excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
