VisIC Technologies Austria is a rapidly growing subsidiary of VisIC Technologies Ltd., headquartered in Israel, where the next generation of high ‑ performance semiconductor circuits and applications is being developed. These technologies are used, for example, in modern electric vehicles to improve efficiency and increase driving range. We are currently looking for a dedicated all ‑ rounder to provide organizational and administrative support to the management team and the engineering team. Your Responsibilities: Office organization, appointment scheduling, reception of customers and partners Support of management in day ‑ to ‑ day operations and projects Invoice checking and preparatory work for accounting, invoicing, creation of invoices, quotations, and commercial documents Written and telephone communication with customers, partners, service providers, and authorities Ordering of equipment and supplies for the mechatronics laboratory, office supplies, and IT equipment; occasional purchasing tasks Handling of international shipments (EU and non ‑ EU) Support in materials inventory management Travel planning and organization Participation in process optimization and special projects Organizational and administrative support for regular calibration of testing equipment Organization of appointments, meetings, and internal events Depending on interest and experience: support in HR, marketing, or project management What You Bring: Completed commercial or business ‑ related education Several years of professional experience in office management, back office, or administration in an Austrian company German C1, English B1 Very structured, precise, reliable, and independent working style Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is an advantage) High sense of responsibility and absolute discretion when handling confidential information Strong technical affinity Initiative and a hands ‑ on attitude Strong communication skills and organizational talent Confident and professional appearance What We Offer: Flexible working hours / flexitime; part ‑ time possible from 30 hours per week Modern office at Wienerberg with excellent public transport connections; parking space in the garage available if needed Long ‑ term position in a family ‑ style high ‑ tech startup with flat hierarchies and a dynamic team Diverse and varied areas of responsibility Opportunities for personal development and further training Laptop and iPhone Meal allowance Coffee, tea, and mineral water freely available Work Location: 1100 Vienna
