The Regulatory Compliance Unit, within the Group Compliance division, is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive framework, policies, and procedures to effectively monitor, assess, and mitigate regulatory compliance risks across the RBI Group. At a glance:Start Date: As soon as possible Working Hours: 20per week Place of Employment: 1030 Vienna Your role with us on the teamYou support us in the development, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive monitoring plan for regulatory compliance, focusing on § Austrian Banking Act. You support regulatory monitoring and interpretation of developments of regulatory requirements, especially BWG and EU directives. You support allocation of § 9 VStG responsible persons and communicate with various stakeholders. You support qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, scenario analysis and data analytics for risk monitoring. You assist in creating presentations to ensure regulatory compliance awareness in RBI Group. You assist the team in performing group steering functions, including deep dive assessments. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and support communication, change management and reporting across the CEE network. Your core competenciesYou are actively enrolled at a university in the field of law, business law, or comparable studies. You are fluent in English and German; other CEE languages are an advantage. Basic knowledge or interest in regulatory frameworks (BWG, EU law). You have a understanding of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). You are interested in learning more about regulatory developments and mitigations of regulatory risks. You are a team player with solid communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
