The company is setting new standards in physical and digital cybersecurity. To further professionalize and scale the organization, we are looking for a strategically minded and structured individual to build and lead the Operations function.
Your Responsibilities
* Build, manage, and continuously optimize the company's operational processes
* Implement and monitor quality standards and KPIs
* Cross-functional coordination between production, engineering, procurement, and finance
* Budget planning and cost accountability within the operations domain
* Reporting to the executive team with structured decision-making input
* Lead and develop a team of 10+ internal and external colleagues
* Support in industrialization, testing, and scaling initiatives
* Contribute to strategy, sales coordination, and partner integration
Requirements
Your Profile
* Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* Several years of professional experience in operations, supply chain, sales leadership, or process management
* Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic and solution-driven approach
* Proven leadership skills with team-building experience
* Excellent German and English communication skills
* Proficient in ERP systems, Office365, CRM, and digital tools
* Willingness to travel & valid driver's license (Group B)
