Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset: Design and implement strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profit with specific focus on AI (IBC, BBU, PSUs) within the Product Line “Low Voltage Power Switches”
Deepen engagement and understanding of specific markets/customers and act as business enablement by promoting new technology/package solutions
Develop a comprehensive understanding of business success realization within the opportunity funnel and continuously monitor progress and outcomes
Set up pricing strategy and perform pricing negotiations (e.g. annual negotiations and daily price requests)
Contribute to demand planning for mid/long term capacity planning
Perform business and market analyses and support product life cycle management activities (e.g. product discontinuation, product transfer projects)
Act as interface for the product line to various functions (e.g. Pricing Excellence, Demand Management, Sales / Marketing / Distribution)
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed:
University degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field
7+ years of work experience, ideally in product marketing or management, business analysis or project management
Technical acumen with a strong interest in semiconductor technologies, particularly power electronics
A high affinity for project management, digitalization, technology and market trends
Advanced analytical skills with high level of proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving
Willingness to travel
Excellent English skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and business strategies effectively
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times a year. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
