Business Development Manager - National Key Accounts

As the BDM – National Key Accounts, you’ll be responsible for growing Crommelins’ footprint across Australia by:
Driving sales through buying groups and national dealer networks
Building and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships
Collaborating with marketing on promotional campaigns and ranging
Supporting key partners with product training and technical support
Delivering performance reporting and identifying new growth opportunities
You’ll be on the road when needed, attending trade shows, customer meetings and building relationships that matter.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years in business development, account management or B2B sales
Experience working with buying groups or hardware/tool/machinery industries (ideal)
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work autonomously, backed by a supportive team
Willingness to travel interstate as required
