Your Responsibilities:
* Manage collaboration, customer retention, and strategic interests
* Ensure service quality, financial performance, and contract execution
* Interface between KPI owners, Channel Partners, and customers for service topics
* Prepare and present service performance data to ISM Lead
* Own MSA contract order intake and align with Service Sales
* Set DPPP KPI-targets, monitor achievement, and contribute to service strategy
* Enable streamlined MSA business execution
* Ensuring common data quality with our distributors
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar
* Strong commercial background with relevant education and experience in a customer-facing role
* Technical expertise and affinity
* Experience in contract and process management
* Business judgement with an understanding of P&L metrics
* Independant communicator and facilitator
* Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Fluency in English; any other languages like German are beneficial
