Responsibilities:
* Support our field sales team in CZ-SK and DACH regions with system entries, order processing, and administrative tasks.
* Act as a reliable contact point for industrial customers, assisting sales activities and collaborating with Product Managers and Field Sales internally.
* Handle post-sales activities, including logistics interactions and professional communication with customers regarding changes, delays, overdue payments, and logistical challenges.
* Manage occasional claims and complaints professionally.
* Conduct market research via phone and email to gather insights and identify opportunities.
* Prepare offers and follow up in coordination with field sales.
* Process incoming orders and report/record negotiation results in our CRM system.
* Follow up on sample processes.
Requirements:
* Looking for growth in international business with a company that values performance, initiative, teamwork, and loyalty.
* Experience in chemical business is not mandatory; training will be provided.
* Possess a sales-oriented personality with a service attitude.
* At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, working with stakeholders at all levels, preferably in wholesale.
* High resilience and organizational skills.
* Accurate work style and hands-on approach.
* Team player, eager to learn, interested in processes and connections.
* Excellent communication skills in Czech, Slovak, German, and English.
* Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems.
* Good MS Office skills.
