Job Description:
To execute high-quality and relevant content for the owned digital channels, in order to improve search engine relevance, strengthen the IKEA brand, and increase online visits, engagement, and conversions, you will need knowledge in:
1. Marketing creative and production process, as well as marketing technology and communication in retail.
2. The relation between content writing and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
3. Dynamic content creation and graphic copywriting.
4. The IKEA multichannel reality, online customer behaviors, and the role of Commercial as an integrated part of the IKEA business.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships.
6. How to deliver within scope, with quality and speed.
7. How to follow up on work done and capture learnings to improve.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Managing the process of creating marketing content for email marketing and other digital channels, ensuring communication meets the brief and aligns with tone of voice and brand identity.
* Supporting copywriting and editorial needs for the marketing communication plan.
* Collaborating with the customer engagement team to develop local content solutions for CRM customer offerings.
* Reviewing content assets, creating pages, and publishing in owned digital channels.
* Measuring content performance with the performance leader to optimize KPIs.
* Cooperating with key stakeholders within and outside the commercial team to ensure integration and maximize impact.
* Contributing to the integrated multichannel marketing efforts to support business goals.
* Supporting all initiatives within and outside the commercial scope included in the communication plan, such as promoting home solar.
