Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site
Hands & Feet
support for data center and IT infrastructure
Perform basic troubleshooting of servers, network devices, and related data center equipment
Coordinate with third-party vendors for on-site maintenance and equipment support
Manage
device provisioning and onboarding
of new resources
Oversee
AV rooms and equipment
— perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with support teams
Handle
printer and OT equipment
management, including coordination and issue escalation
What We're Looking For:
Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience in IT support or field services
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and troubleshooting processes
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
