What You Will Do
* Proactive customer service and expansion of our existing customer base: You actively manage your customer portfolio, build relationships, and create a basis of trust and partnership.
* Targeted cross‑selling and upselling: You recognize and take opportunities to place suitable additional products and enhancements – with a focus on customer benefits and increasing sales.
* Strategic development and sales growth: You will work with your customers on concrete measures for sales development – based on real business needs.
* Idea exchange on innovation and further development: You will regularly talk to customers about new ideas, market trends, and opportunities for product improvement – and provide valuable feedback to the team.
* Close collaboration with internal teams: You will work closely with product, marketing and sales to implement optimal solutions for your customers.
* Strong understanding of sales: You have strong sales skills – you are a strong communicator, persuasive, and consultative. You want to shape things, not just manage them.
Your Profile
* Sales experience: You don't have to be an industry pro, but you already have experience with customer contact, consulting or sales – ideally 3-5 years.
* Product understanding: You want to know how our product works – not superficially, but holistically. Only then are you able to communicate it convincingly.
* Simplification of complexity: You explain things in an understandable way, even when they get complex. You convey technical or strategic content clearly – tailored to your audience.
* Independent and entrepreneurial approach: You actively plan your customer work, prioritize correctly, and act in the interests of your customers and the company.
* Willingness to learn and curiosity: You want to understand, question, learn, and independently advance your knowledge of our product.
* Valid work permit and availability to work in our office at least 2 days a week.
