YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design and develop a scalable Go-to-Market framework with standardized workflows, templates, and governance models to guide planning and execution across HQ and regions
* Lead the coordination of the Go-to-Market planning cycle, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure full alignment with the Sales & Operations Planning and Product Development Process
* Act as the operational interface between Product Marketing, Sales & Service, Product Management, and Marketing & Communications to enable effective cross-functional collaboration
* Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor G2M performance and drive continuous process improvement
* Train and support global and regional teams to ensure adoption of G2M standards, tools, and best practices across all regions
