Join our Global Product Marketing Team as a Product Communication Manager at our Global HQ in Salzburg, Austria!
IN A NUTSHELL You’ll manage the Global Product Expert Programme, translating global strategy into action by coaching local Product Communication Managers to confidently address product questions, overcome listing barriers, and build trust in Red Bull products. You’ll act as a bridge between HQ teams and local markets, providing functional coaching to ensure consistent and science-based messaging across all regions.
SUPPORTING GLOBAL PRODUCT EXCELLENCE You’ll coach and support local Product Communication Managers on product advocacy topics, helping them handle concerns and prepare for customer meetings, while developing and maintaining global product education assets that are easy to adapt across markets. You’ll gather insights from markets, drive knowledge sharing through best practices, and support key strategic initiatives such as the Product Advocate Network, marketing guidelines, and Global Customer meetings.
5+ years’ experience in relevant industries (Food/Beverage, Supplements, Medical, Sports/Fitness, Communications, Sales)
University degree in Nutrition Science, Sports Science, or related field
Strong presentation, communication, writing, and diplomatic skills
High integrity, brand passion, and ability to build stakeholder relationships while communicating science-based information clearly
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong prioritization, follow-through, and ability to interpret peer-reviewed research
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.220 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
