SEAD – Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance
is an internationally renowned training center for contemporary dance and choreography. In addition to its professional education programs, SEAD is an active production and performance venue for contemporary dance and performance art. Through numerous in-house productions, guest performances, and events, SEAD plays a significant role in shaping Salzburg's cultural landscape. Currently, around 100 students from over 30 countries are enrolled in SEAD's diverse educational programs. SEAD also serves as the home base of the internationally touring dance company BODHI PROJECT. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and communicative individual with a passion for contemporary dance.

Your responsibilities include:
* Writing audience-targeted content in English and German
* Coordinating and scheduling marketing activities
* Supervising and conceptualizing SEAD's social media presence
* Overseeing SEAD's visual and promotional output (print, digital, out of home)
* Coordinating and liaising with external agencies, printers, and service providers
* Editing and distributing analog and digital marketing materials
* Press relations
* Managing the marketing budget
* Close collaboration with SEAD's executive team
Your qualifications:
* Completed education in cultural management, dance/media/communication studies or equivalent
* Professional experience in cultural management and marketing
* Strong knowledge of and connections to the national and international cultural and media landscape
* Proven ability to write targeted and effective content
* Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe software
* Passion for social media and digital communication
* Strong team player with flexibility and resilience
* Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
