Description:
What can you expect?
* Active participation in the optimization and further development of our international financial processes in the context of direct sales, to make them more efficient and effective.
* In addition to process optimization, the tasks particularly include quality assurance in accounting processes such as account reconciliations, dunning, intercompany reconciliations, and the internal control system.
* You create documentation of the financial processes and act as the contact person for our external service provider.
* You work closely with our international process partners and stakeholders to collaboratively find innovative solutions.
* Analysis of our financial systems and applications and identification of optimization opportunities in close coordination with IT.
* Preparation of reports and presentations for management to inform about progress and results.
What can we expect?
* You bring 2-3 years of professional experience in the finance sector; a certified public accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) exam is an advantage.
* IT affinity and familiarity with financial processes and systems (SAP knowledge is advantageous).
* Completed degree with a focus on finance or relevant practical experience.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent English skills and willingness to learn German. Fluent German skills represents a plus.
