Job Description
* Participation in establishing the new production line for temperature sensors at the Graz site
* Support in the transfer of production processes from an external partner
* Assistance in documentation and the development of manufacturing know-how
* Active involvement in the continuous improvement of workflows and processes
* Ensuring smooth and quality-assured production operations
Qualifications
* Technical interest and willingness to learn and help shape new manufacturing technologies
* Strong practical skills as well as enthusiasm and perseverance in precision manual work
* Practical experience in laser welding is an advantage
* Ideally completed apprenticeship (electronics, mechatronics, mechanics)
* Independent and structured way of working with a hands-on mentality
* Flexibility, team spirit, and a high degree of self-reliance
