Operations Early Talent Leadership Development Program – 2026 Intake Pre‑Registration

Eaton, a global energy management leader with $24.9 billion in revenue in 2024, is dedicated to making energy safer, more efficient, and sustainable.

Eaton’s Operations Early Talent Leadership Development Program offers a unique opportunity to kick‑start your international career. You’ll receive leadership training, personal coaching, and network with senior leaders. Through rotational assignments across various locations and business areas, you will develop a broad skill set and prepare for future leadership roles.

Recruitment starts in February 2026 and the program begins in September 2026. Our main base locations for the roles are Hungary, Germany, Austria, Finland, Italy, Poland, and Turkey.


What you’ll do

* Program duration: Three years
* Rotations: Three unique twelve‑month assignments. Two assignments will be within operations management within manufacturing or supply chain teams. One assignment will be in commercial, helping you to gain experience in the sales organization.
* Operations functions: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, logistics – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
* Commercial functions: digital channel marketing, business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
* Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
* Career path: Preparation for future leadership roles (e.g., Plant Manager, Supply Chain Director)


Qualifications

* Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering) or Business (economics, supply chain management, international management) with a graduation date no later than August 2026
* Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
