As a Strategic Buyer in the Non‑Food segment, you will be part of our ten‑member team at the headquarters in Salzburg. Your area of responsibility covers the European market with a focus on our German‑speaking locations.
Tasks
Identify, select, and qualify new suppliers while optimizing the existing supplier portfolio
Conduct ongoing procurement market analyses and monitor relevant indices
Negotiate and conclude framework and cooperation agreements
Continuously identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement cost reduction measures
Participate in cross‑departmental purchasing projects at the European level and actively contribute to the development of international activities
Skills
Successfully completed degree in business administration
Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, preferably in Non‑Food/Packaging
Excellent German and English language skills
Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
SAP knowledge is an advantage
High level of initiative and proactive working style
Solution‑oriented approach and sense of responsibility
Strong team player with enthusiasm for working in a 10‑member team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Occasional travel (trade fairs, supplier visits)

The minimum gross salary for this position is €2,741.61 per month based on full‑time employment (38.5 hours). A significant overpayment according to your qualifications and experience is, of course, part of our offer.
