Qualifications
* Responsible for all topics related to information and communication technology
* Excellent German and English skills
* Several years of professional experience in IT
* Great attention to detail and accuracy (e.g. for archiving tasks, migrations and documentation)
* Flexible, organized, and solution-oriented
* Friendliness and professionalism are part of your character, and you’re a true team player
* Keen sense for your colleagues’ needs
* Motivated, proactive, and happy to contribute your own ideas
* Solid knowledge of macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android operating systems, as well as experience with network technologies
* Confident in managing the following systems:
o the above-mentioned operating systems (our client computers are Apple devices)
o embedded systems such as NAS, switches, WLAN, firewalls, telephone systems
o software and software services, for example: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud
Responsibilities
* Together with your team, ensure smooth operations and handle all ICT matters and requests
* Install, set up, test, and commission new hardware
* Provide 1st and 2nd level support by phone, and on-site when needed
* Archive various types of data
* Conduct online research for new or alternative products and services
* Take on project responsibility and implementation for new hardware
* Continuously monitor server and network hardware, manage backups, and troubleshoot when necessary
* Communicate with suppliers and the ICT departments of our clients and partners
* Assist in the implementation of GDPR regulations
* Update internal documentation
