Senior Manager Product Sustaining Engineering
As a Senior Manager Product Sustaining Engineering (f/m/div) on our Research & Development team, you will merge creativity with technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life. You will lead international professionals managing GaN product development post‑development, guide the team through technical challenges, and ensure global yield improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Manage international professionals on complex GaN product, acting as the ultimate technical resource for post‑Development topic
* Engineering Mentorship: Provide direct, high‑level technical guidance to help the team navigate complex GaN behaviors, troubleshoot root causes, and ultimately improve the global yields
* Stakeholder Technical Alignment: Translate complex technical realities for non‑technical stakeholders, setting clear reporting structures and managing expectations through technical transparency
* Domain Expertise Application: Leverage GaN and product Engineering knowledge to resolve cross‑team issues, ensuring solutions are technically sound and scalable
* Resource Planning: Resource allocation addressing business needs and challenges
* Decision‑Making & Problem Solving: Serve as the decision‑maker, guiding the team through ambiguity to deliver optimal performance and business outcomes
Qualifications
* A master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or electronics
* At least 5 years’ experience in product engineering and direct experience on GaN based products
* Leadership and coordination skills to guide cross‑functional and cross‑organizational teams
* A passion for profit and drive decision making
* Keep the big picture in mind and guide the team accordantly
* Very good written and spoken English communication skills, German as a plus

The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
